2. What type of food can I use in the feeder? 
Answer: The feeder is designed for dry pet food of standard sizes. Avoid wet food or sticky treats, which may clog the mechanism. 

3. How does the Furrsa Wireless Water Fountain work? 
Answer: The fountain circulates and filters water continuously, keeping it fresh and clean all day. Its gentle flow encourages pets to drink more, supporting hydration and overall health. 

4. Are the products safe for my pets? 
Answer: Yes! Both the feeder and fountain are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. The feeder prevents overfeeding and accidental spills, while the fountain’s smooth flow ensures a safe drinking experience. 

5. How do I clean and maintain the products? 
Answer: Both the feeder and fountain are easy to disassemble. Food containers, lids, and fountain parts can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher (except the pump). Replace water filters every 3–4 weeks to maintain freshness. 

6. Can I use the feeder and fountain for multiple pets? 
Answer: Yes! The feeder supports adjustable portion sizes for multiple pets, and the fountain provides enough fresh water for households with more than one cat or dog. 

7. Shipping, Warranty, and Support 
Answer: We provide same-day or next-day delivery within Canberra. For locations outside Canberra, shipping charges are to be covered by the buyer. All Furrsa products come with a 12-month Australian standard warranty. Our support team is ready to assist via email or contact form for any questions or issues.
